Things to do every morning

  1. Wake up early.
  2. Exercise.
  3. Visualize – Spend 10 minutes a) thinking about what I have and how lucky and grateful I am and b) visualizing where I want to be, what I want to achieve.
  4. Read news, both local and world.
  5. Make a NOT TO DO list.
  6. Make a TO DO list.
  7. Tackle the most difficult thing of the day first.
