1. Plan on having 2-4 glasses of wine
2. Take your bike (or jog or walk) towards a wine store
3. Meander till you have spent enough energy to make up for the booze.
4. Consider a backpack, or don’t bring a water bottle
5. Enjoy and try not to finish the whole bottle. (Also, if you have already had three bowls of fruit loops for breakfast, McDonald’s for lunch and TGIF for dinner, you might as well skip the bike ride)
